With all the new stuff that’s turned up on our doorstep, I’ve started to neglect most of my makeup… yet again. So I decided it was time to start shopping the stash!
Urban Decay Naked Palette (Original): This thing has had so much love in the past, and to this day is still my absolute favourite Naked palette – but lately I’ve just been neglecting to use it in favour of my Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette. And to be honest, that’s not fair! I need to show this incredible palette some love again, because it seriously has some of the best eyeshadows I’ve ever used.
Bourjois Bronzing Powder: This chocolate shaped and scented bronzer used to be my go-to, but lately I haven’t been able to stop using my Living Nature Summer Bronze Pressed Powder. This week however, I’m going to make an effort to use this!
MAC Lingering Eye Brow Pencil: I keep trying to get into using eyebrow pencils, but I just prefer brow powders and waxes so much more – so I have to be honest when I say that it’s going to be a mission to use this. My eyebrows are so sparse, I honestly think that eyebrow pencils work better on people who have naturally fuller brows – nonetheless, I’m gonna try and make this work!
Bobbi Brown Sheer Lip Colour in Pink Gold*: I haven’t used this lipstick in so long! But look at how pretty the packaging is!! The colour is really nice too, on the shimmery side – which isn’t ideal, but it actually looks really pretty on. Not sure why I haven’t been using this (yes I do, it got trapped at the bottom of my lipstick drawer), but I’m going to make sure I wear this more.
Clinique Chubby Stick Intense in Roomiest Rose*: Believe it or not this is actually the only Clinique Chubby Stick I own – and I always completely forget to use it! It’s in a beautiful dark rose pink, and because it’s a chubby stick, it’s incredibly smooth and moisturising. I’m going to enjoy using this on days when I wanna rock a bit of colour.
MAC Lipstick in Hug Me: This brown-based nude lipstick is actually so beautiful, and I used to wear this literally all the time. Obviously because I’m always getting new lipsticks I forget about all my old favourites – so this one is going straight in my handbag to make sure I use it.
